Join a greenfield product initiative for a leading company in the fashion retail industry, where you will help design, build, and evolve a new digital solution from the ground up. Working closely with Spanish-speaking stakeholders, you will play a key role in defining the architecture, developing core product capabilities, and delivering an MVP that creates real business value.
This is a hands-on role for an experienced fullstack engineer who enjoys combining Java/Spring, React, architecture design, and AI-assisted development to turn ideas into scalable, production-ready solutions in a fast-paced, product-driven environment.
Build and evolve a new digital product using Java/Spring Boot and React.
Develop end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and integrations.
Collaborate with Spanish-speaking stakeholders to define and deliver MVP capabilities.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve productivity and software quality.
Promote engineering best practices and provide technical leadership within the project team.
5+ years of professional experience in software development with a strong focus on Java and Spring Boot.




~ Hands-on experience in fullstack development, including backend services, frontend applications, APIs, and integrations.
~ Strong knowledge of React and JavaScript/TypeScript.
~ Experience designing and building applications from scratch, including MVPs and greenfield projects.
~ Solid understanding of software architecture, system design, scalability, performance, and maintainability principles.
~ GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor) throughout the software development lifecycle.
~ Understanding of software quality practices, including testing, code reviews, security, and automation.
~ Experience collaborating with product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in an Agile environment.
~ Fluent Spanish (C1 or higher) and English, with the ability to collaborate effectively with Spanish-speaking stakeholders.

Experience in the retail or fashion retail industry.
Experience with cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP.
Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, and containerization technologies.
