We are looking for a proactive and communicative Telesales & Inside Sales Representative to join our team in a full-time role. Whether you prefer working from home on Mallorca or working directly in the office, you will find a versátil and supportive working environment designed to help you succeed.

Your core focus is on establishing valuable connections with prospective business clients and opening doors for our consulting specialists.

Your key responsibilities include:

- Contacting pre-qualified B2B leads provided directly to you and securing qualified presentation appointments for our consultants in Germany and on Mallorca.
- Managing and steering the CRM database by consistently maintaining contact details, resubmissions, follow-up dates, and call results.
- Working closely with the team to ensure structured data management and smooth scheduling handovers.

- Language skills: Fluent spoken and written German and Spanish to communicate seamlessly with our international business partners.
- Mindset: High sales motivation, genuine eagerness to learn, and strong rhetorical skills count much more for us than a spotless resume.
