This role is responsible for the accurate administration and ongoing maintenance of customer and GPO agreements across commercial systems, ensuring pricing integrity, contractual compliance, and audit-ready data. The position translates contractual terms into reliable system records, controlled processes, and consistent reporting within Salesforce, Oracle, and related enterprise platforms. Working with Sales, Finance, Legal, and IT, the role ensures that contract data is correctly set up, maintained, and validated, supporting downstream activities such as billing, reporting, and compliance monitoring.
Ensure that contract data in SFDC is adequate and reportable.




Run reports to maintain data integrity of contract terms in SFDC and Oracle.
Maintain contracted consignment inventory values in SFDC and ensure contracts are executed for all consignment customers.
Conduct monthly and quarterly audits for Finance and Legal in relation to commercial operations and customer entities such as GPOs.
Self-direct and prioritise incoming requests for contract analysis and communicate recommendations to stakeholders.
Maintain and update membership alignment in SFDC based on external data sets.
Bachelor’s Degree in business/technical field, or MBA, or 8+ years of relevant experience.
~4+ years' experience in Sales Operations, Finance, or related analytical function creating data reports and analytics.
~ Fluent English; Experience in medical device or life sciences industry is a plus.
~ SFDC and/or Oracle experience.
