We are currently looking for a Staff Product Manager to join our Travel & Spend product team and redefine the standard for how modern businesses manage their money on the move.
While most companies treat "Travel" and "Expenses" as two separate, clunky silos, your mission is to merge them into a single, seamless flow. it’s about building an end-to-end experience that removes friction and complexity, from budgeting and instant approvals to frictionless submission, payments and automated reconciliation.
As a Staff Product Manager, you will own a strategic area of our product, driving growth for our Spend product. Drive high-velocity execution with a world class team of making bold, fast bets informed customer feedback, data, market research, and deep intuition for how AI can reshape how teams operate
Use customer insights with technical possibilities, crafting intuitive user experiences that simplify the user experience




Help millions of employees and thousands of finance teams seamlessly manage expenses, cards, and invoice processing.
Prototype rapidly using tools like Claude and Cursor to accelerate the product development lifecycle and fast-forward to production-ready products.
Strong customer empathy and design thinking, with a passion to understand the entire expense lifecycle — from the moment of spend inception through automated reconciliation to final posting in the ERP system — and the specific friction points unique to complex accounting workflows
Fluency in data and how to make data-driven product decisions
Passion for AI, shown through hands‑on building, prototyping, or side projects, and staying current on research and tools.
Cursor, Bolt, Claude Code) and comfort with design/collaboration environments like Figma and Git.
In practice, that means using AI to research and prioritise accounts, draft and refine outreach, handle customer interactions more effectively, synthesise information, and cut through shadow work - the invisible tasks that pull people away from the work only they can do - so you can focus on relationships and outcomes.
At Perk, we take an IRL-first approach to work, where our team works together in-person 3 days a week.
