peek-cloppenburg.Accounting Support: You support the Accounting team in day-to-day operations, with a strong focus on invoice processing, invoice control and administrative tasks.
Office Management: You take care of classic assistant and office management tasks such as correspondence, scheduling, filing, incoming mail and general office organization.
Your Educational Background: You have completed a commercial apprenticeship or hold a comparable qualification that gives You a solid foundation for administrative and organizational tasks.
You are confident in using MS Office, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and enjoy working in a well-organized environment.
You are fluent in English and Spanish, both written and spoken.
