PALM ERA, an international marketing agency, is currently looking for a Paid Media Manager highly experienced with Meta & Google and fully bilingual ENG

Responsibilities:

- Lead the planning, creation, and execution of digital media campaigns on Google, Facebook, and Instagram.

- Develop and optimize digital audiences to maximize campaign performance.

- Define KPIs, analyze results, and generate clear, actionable reports.

- Present campaign performance and insights to clients in a simple and effective way.

- Design and implement paid media strategies aligned with business objectives.

- Partner with media analytics to establish measurement frameworks and monitor program progress.

- Provide ongoing review and monitoring of paid media spend per campaign.

- Guide and mentor team members to ensure high-quality execution.

Abilities:





- Exceptional communication and presentation skills to engage with clients effectively (must).

- Strong strategic thinking and ability to translate data into actionable insights.

- Proficient in Excel and Looker.

- Ability to establish priorities and work independently.

- Desire to grow and drive results.

- High energy and leadership mindset.

Required experience:

- At least 8+ years of experience working in advertising agencies is a MUST.

- A bachelor’s degree with a digital emphasis in advertising and marketing solutions is preferred.

- English proficiency is a MUST.
