If you're passionate about driving adoption, engaging stakeholders and turning change into lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.Key ResponsibilitiesFrame the change approach for operational excellence initiatives, including impact assessment, stakeholder mapping and readiness analysis.Build and execute change, communication and training plans, adapting them as needs evolve.Manage the network of change agents and super-users, and facilitate workshops and feedback loops to drive adoption.Apply a structured change management methodology (e.G. ADKAR/Prosci, Kotter) alongside the Amadeus project management methodology.Define and monitor adoption KPIs (usage, proficiency, compliance, satisfaction), track performance against plan and propose corrective actions.Prepare and deliver presentations and reports to leadership and Business Lines to support governance and decision-making.About The Adecuado CandidateProven experie
