Job summaryAn exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced and innovative pharmacist to join Humber Teaching NHS Foundation Trust as a Specialist Clinical Pharmacist & Independent Prescriber within Adult ADHD and Mental Health Services.This role combines specialist clinical pharmacy practice in ADHD Services with support for Mental Health Services. Working within multidisciplinary teams, the post holder will provide medicines optimisation, independent prescribing and person-centred care.The successful candidate will manage a caseload of adults with ADHD while supporting patients with severe and enduring mental illness. They will provide expert advice on ADHD medicines, psychotropic medication, physical health monitoring, complex pharmacotherapy and medicines safety.Responsibilities include leading pharmacist-led clinics, supporting prescribing pathways and shared care arrangements, and contributing to service development, education, research and medicines governance. Working closely with clinical colleagues, the post holder will help deliver high-quality,



evidence-based and cost-effective prescribing.We welcome applications from Pharmacists who are qualified Independent Prescribers.
