Overview

In this role you help optimize cloud-based software solutions used across Hitachi Energy’s manufacturing units. You’ll collaborate with developers and cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and improve products, ensuring reliability and up-to-date operations. You drive standard procedures, mentor a team of analysts, and contribute to testing, releases, and hyper-care for new functionality. This is a hands-on, impact-focused position in a high-tech energy environment with opportunities to shape digital solutions at scale.

Responsabilidades
- Troubleshoot and resolve software issues
- Document and communicate solutions to clients and internal teams
- Maintain and improve standard operating procedures
- Collaborate with developers to resolve bugs
- Ensure software systems are up to date and functioning




- Contribute to product development during testing, release and hyper-care
- Lead, mentor, and coach a team of analysts to meet quotas

Requisitos principales
- Bachelor in Computer Science or related field
- 4-6 years of experience in Azure Configuration or development
- Experience with MS SQL
- Deep hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure Portal ecosystem (e.g., Application Insights, Azure Data Factory, Azure Dashboard, API Management, Traceability)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
