You’ll be responsible for planned and reactive maintenance of HVAC and gas-fired systems across multiple sites, ensuring safe, compliant, and reliable store environments.This is a field-based role with daily travel between sites. A full UK driving licence is essential.Key Responsibilities• Carry out PPM schedules and complete all associated paperwork to procedure• Respond promptly to helpdesk call-outs, diagnose faults, and complete repairs within agreed SLAs• Service and maintain HVAC assets including: – Air handling units (gas-fired heating, LPHW, DX coils) – Heat pump systems and single split air conditioning – LPHW boilers, pumps, inverters, DHW boilers,



and water chillers• Identify non-repairable plant faults and recommend replacements to the Line Manager• Work in line with Health, Safety, and Environmental policies at all timesEssential Skills & Qualifications• Recognised Commercial Gas qualifications – minimum of 4 from: COCN1, CIGA1, CORT1, TPCP1, TPCP1A, ICPN1, CENWAT, CPA1, CDGA1, CCP1• F-Gas (2079) certified• Full UK Driving Licence and willingness to travel daily across the patch• Proven experience working on HVAC/gas systems in a multi-site environmentDesirable• 17th or 18th Edition Wiring RegulationsWhat’s on Offer• Salary: £46,994 per annum (inclusive of standby payment)• £2,000 joining bonus (T&Cs; apply)• Overtime and paid travel time• 33 days’ holiday (including bank holidays)• Private pension and comprehensive benefits package: – Private healthcare – Life insurance – Employee discounts and wellbeing support
