This position can be based in Brussels, Belgium or Slough, UK. About the RoleAs Senior Expert, HEOR, you will play a key role in developing and executing global health economics and outcomes research strategies that support payer, HTA, and reimbursement objectives throughout the product lifecycle.Acting as a core member of the global payer sub-team, you will ensure that evidence generation activities reflect the needs of HTA bodies, payers, and healthcare decision-makers. You will help identify evidence gaps, shape evidence generation plans,



and contribute to the development of compelling value stories that demonstrate the clinical and economic value of UCB's therapies.This role offers a unique opportunity to influence development programs from early stages through commercialization, helping ensure that innovative therapies achieve successful patient access around the world.Who You’ll Work WithYou will work closely with colleagues across Health Economics & Outcomes Research, Market Access, Patient Evidence, Real World Evidence, Patient-Centered Outcomes Research, Biostatistics, Clinical Development, and Medical Affairs.
