Join Our Team!We are currently recruiting a Asset Performance Engineer to join our team and contribute to key projects in a dynamic and collaborative environment. This role is part of a general team working toward common goals. We operate as one company, across all locations, with shared responsibility and clear accountability.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor the performance of solar photovoltaic plants and BESS systems using SCADA, EMS, and other monitoring tools.
- Report performance and improvement plans to top management.
- Own technical and operational KPIs within scope: define, implement, and monitor.
- Identify gaps and take action.
- Identify improvement opportunities and coordinate execution with the O&M; teams.
- Conduct root-cause analyses of production losses, in coordination with the rest of technical areas.
- Propose and implement corrective actions and optimization strategies to maximize energy production and the operational value of the BESS.
- Support acceptance testing, performance benchmarking, and post-COD reviews.

Education &

Certifications

- Degree in Electrical Engineering with relevant experience in PV and/or BESS.
- Demonstrable BESS technical experience/certifications covering system architecture, battery degradation, performance warranties, safety,



and operational risk management is highly desirable.
- PMP, CAPM, Lean Six Sigma, or equivalent project/improvement-management credentials are advantageous.

Experience & Technical Skills
- Desirable 3-6 years' experience in the solar PV and/or BESS sector, ideally within a developer, asset management company, or engineering company
- Solid background in managing PV/BESS portfolios, performance analysis, and root cause identification of site issues
- Demonstrable experience with BESS system manufacturers, integrators, or EPC contractors. Knowledge of the complete architecture of a BESS system
- Experience working in international environments is considered an advantage.
- Proficiency in English - mandatory
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PBI).

Experience using PVsyst.

- Availability to travel internationally
