Project Handover from Sales / PresalesTake over BESS projects from the sales and presales teams after contract signing.Review technical proposals, system configurations, and service scope.Confirm system design and project requirements with internal teams and customers including: System design, Grid requirements, Performance guarantees, Project schedules,etcEnsure project milestones are achieved according to schedule and budget.Project Commissioning Planning and ExecutionManage the full lifecycle delivery of utility-scale BESS projects .Coordinate with EPC contractors, integrators, and equipment suppliers. Guide EPC for the equipment unloading, installation etc.Commissioning & Grid IntegrationDevelop and execute commissioning plans, procedures,



and checklists for BESS projects.Conduct commissioning for battery racks, BMS (Battery Management System), PCS (Power Conversion System), EMS (Energy Management System) and MV transformer.Validate integration of electrical, control, and communication systems.Conduct grid compliance and performance verification testsWork with technical support teams to resolve technical issues during commissioning.Operations & Maintenance Service ManagementProvide O&M; service after Commercial Operation Date (COD).Perform remote operations to support maintenance and fault resolutionConduct site inspections, diagnostics, and testing using specialist equipmentSupervise subcontractors and ensure quality and compliance of third-party worksSupport commissioning, upgrades, and major repairsSupport annual maintenance planning for BESS assetsProvide O&M; Training to customer O&M; team and subcontractor

Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems, Energy Engineering , or related field.~2–5 years' experience in utility-scale renewable energy or power infrastructure projects. xkdbapo ~ Experience with large-scale BESS, solar + storage, or grid infrastructure preferred.~ Strong understanding of Grid integration, Power systems, Energy management systems, High-voltage systems, HSE
