As an Enterprise AI Value Strategy Analyst, you will to join our General AI &

- Data Strategy Consulting team, specialized in Supply Chain &
- Engineering (SC&E;).You help define enterprise, industry-specific and function-specific AI and data strategy, develop value cases and roadmaps, shape AI and data operating models and platform strategy, embed Responsible AI, and lead tech-driven transformations. You translating complex data into actionable insights, engaging senior client stakeholders, leading workstreams and large-scale delivery, and tying AI initiatives to measurable business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities;

- Be part of the team to help

- Shape vision and create opportunities for data &

- AI led business reinvention.

- Define and structure an organization’s data and AI strategy to build and optimize data assets and AI technologies for growth & competitive advantages.

- Assess maturity of an organization's AI and data foundation. Define building blocks required to convert to an AI-first organization, including technology and AI platform blueprint, data strategy and future-ready operating model.

- Create the business case, investment profile and roadmap to deliver on the strategy.

- Infuse Responsible AI in vision and roadmap, develop plan for leveraging ecosystem partners, and define operating model to foster a culture of innovation and experimentation.

- Identify people, processes and technologies to develop and operationalize AI solutions.

- Create strategy for AI-first products and develop commercialization opportunities.

What We Are Looking For

- Experience with AI & data strategy





- Engineering problem-solver mindset — ability to apply technology creatively to complex business problems

- Strong program management and verbal and written communication skills

- Driven and entrepreneurial: ability to help originate and shape new deals and go-to-market activities

- Excellent leadership and people and relationship building skills

- Modern AI capabilities
- Basic understanding of Machine Learning, Generative AI and Agentic AI concepts.

- Familiarity with LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering, RAG or AI assistants through academic, personal or project experience.

- Interest in enterprise AI adoption and business applications.

- Willingness to continuously learn new AI technologies and methodologies.

- Familiarity with MLOps, LLMOps and AI industrialization concepts is a plus.

- Technical skills: Python, SQL, SAP, Spark, Databricks, Palantir, AWS, Azure (AI), Neo4j, MLflow, Airflow, LangChain/Semantic Kernel

- Applicants must be fluent in Spanish &

- English, both written and spoken

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Data Science, AI, Mathematics, Business, or a related field.
