Overview In this role you will own tool development end-to-end for Gameloft's Gametech Innovation team, enabling game teams across studios. You will work with Unity and Unreal engines to deliver reliable tooling and pipelines, shaping how developers build games. You will diagnose and optimize tools, supporting across console, PC and mobile platforms, and continuously improve workflows with modern AI-assisted approaches.

This is a hands-on, impact-focused role with collaboration across global teams and opportunities to grow into specialized engine or pipeline areas.

Responsabilidades




- Own features or subsystems end-to-end from benchmarking to shipping final tooling
- Write maintainable code in C++ and C# for Unreal and Unity
- Debug and profile tools and systems across engines and target platforms
- Maintain and extend CI/CD and build pipelines for continuous tool delivery
- Utilize AI coding assistants and prototype new approaches
- Act as technical point of contact for game teams and propose improvements

Requisitos principales
