Overview

In this role you will join the Barcelona office to support public law matters within a collaborative team. You will provide advisory support, prepare reports, and participate in administrative proceedings and judicial reviews, while handling due diligence and acquisitions affected by public-law regulations. You will work with cross-functional lawyers and report to the lead counsel for each matter. This position offers exposure to diverse public-law work in a dynamic, international environment, with a clear focus on efficiency and excellence.

Responsabilidades

- Provide advisory support on public law matters

- Handle due diligence and corporate acquisitions involving public-law regulations
- Collaborate with other public-law and cross-disciplinary associates, reporting to lead counsel for each matter

- 1–3 years of experience in public law
- High level of English (Advanced)
- Strong academic credentials
