As Global Master Data Analyst at ZimVie, you will drive data consistency, quality, and governance across manufacturing, supply chain, finance, and commercial operations. You will define global master data standards, ensure alignment and data integrity, and support ERP data integration and analytics initiatives. You will partner with IT and regional teams to harmonize data across the integral ERP program, enabling reliable reporting and planning.

- Define and enforce global master data standards and naming conventions for materials, customers, vendors, and locations
- Support data governance frameworks, policies, and ownership structures across functions
- Perform data cleansing, validation, and lifecycle management to maintain data accuracy




- Collaborate with IT and analytics teams to enable ELT/ETL processes and data hubs for BI
- Coordinate data creation and harmonization across regions to ensure governance compliance
- Create and manage new master data items following global standards
- Conduct regular data audits and produce reports on data quality and KPIs
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives in Master Data processes and contribute to Global ERP program

Responsabilidades

- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- 5+ years in data management, Master Data governance, or similar in xugodme a manufacturing environment
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) and BI tools (Power BI, Smartsheet)
- Proven ability to collaborate with IT, finance, supply chain, and operations
- Knowledge of data governance, data cleansing, and data lifecycle management
