DescripciónDefine and evolve the global Vendor Management Office (VMO) framework, governance model, and operating standards across IT Operations. Establish a scalable approach to vendor governance covering supplier performance, contract oversight, risk management, compliance, reporting, and service integration.

Lead governance activities for strategic technology providers, including performance reviews, escalation management, executive reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Ensure contractual commitments, service levels, and operational performance are aligned to business objectives.

Coordinate governance across multiple internal teams and external service providers, driving accountability and effective collaboration.

Identify risks, dependencies, and service gaps across the vendor ecosystem and implement corrective actions where needed.





Drive governance forums and stakeholder engagement at operational, tactical, and executive levels.

Promote continuous improvement and represent vendor governance within broader IT Operations and transformation initiatives. A quién buscamos (H/M/D)?Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in IT, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.7+ years of experience in IT Vendor Management, Supplier Governance, IT Service Management, Service Delivery, Contract Management, or outsourced IT environments.

Proven experience leading or developing a Vendor Management Office (VMO), SIAM capability, multi-vendor governance model, or similar function.

Strong knowledge of vendor performance management, SLA/KPI governance, risk management, and contractual oversight.

Experience working with strategic technology vendors in complex managed-service and multi-supplier environments.

Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and manage executive-level escalations.

Solid understanding of ITSM practices, service integration principles, and governance tools such as ServiceNow.
