In this role you drive risk-based health and safety governance within Airbus Defence and Space Sevilla. You will guide the business on risk categorization, elimination, substitution or mitigation, ensuring compliance with external requirements and internal EHS policies. You define safe methods of work and integrate them into the EHS management system, leveraging formal qualifications to establish credibility.

You will work closely with stakeholders to implement technical risk controls for activities and maintain robust risk management processes. This position offers a chance to shape safety practices in a global aerospace context and contribute to a strong safety culture.

Responsabilidades

- Degree level education (or equivalent)
- Postgraduate in Prevention of Labour Risks; specialization in Psychosocial Risk xugodme Management
- Minimum 4 years' experience in Prevention of Labour Risks
- Spanish and English: negotiation level
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
