Deploy and configure Okta Identity Cloud solutions, ensuring they align with customer requirements and integrate seamlessly with existing systems and applications. Oversee the entire Okta implementation lifecycle, including requirement analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation, following best practices and methodologies. Engage with customers to gather requirements, conduct technical workshops, and provide regular updates, ensuring clear translation of needs into technical solutions. Provide advanced technical support, troubleshooting,



and debugging for complex issues; customize Okta integrations with third-party applications using Java, SQL, REST APIs, and collaborate with product engineering and operations teams for effective resolutions. Lead technical discussions, proof-of-concept activities, ensuring high-quality implementation and alignment with client expectations. Skills and Experience

IAM Experience: a couple of years of hands-on experience with Okta Identity Cloud in designing, developing, customizing, configuring Technical Expertise: Proficiency in Cloud Security, Java/J2EE, SQL, Web Services (REST/SOAP), Directories (LDAP) Domain Knowledge: Expertise in IGA, including User Lifecycle Management, Provisioning, Reconciliation, Auditing, Access Certification, and Segregation of Duties (SoD). Customer & Communication Skills: Proven ability to engage directly with customers for requirement gathering and expectation management, coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills to deliver technical presentations and documentation. Preferred Skills: Certifications in Okta and other IAM technologies that demonstrate advanced proficiency and deep expertise in the field. What we offer:
