Experteer Overview As IT Business Analyst in Essity’s MES team, you translate operational needs from manufacturing sites into clear requirements for digital solutions that boost efficiency and quality. You’ll work with integral stakeholders and technical experts to support Proficy MES deployments and continuous improvement across factory operations. The role combines problem-solving, stakeholder engagement, and delivery support in a fast-paced, international environment. You will help shape how manufacturing teams turn business needs into digital solutions that drive performance and value.Compensaciones / Beneficios
- Gather, analyze, and translate business needs into requirements, user stories, and solution specs
- Facilitate workshops, interviews, and meetings with business and technical teams to identify needs and priorities
- Collaborate with design and development to align solutions with objectives
- Contribute to project planning, risk management, testing coordination, and deployment
- Support process improvements, change management, user training,



and adoption of new ways of working
- Assist with user requests, incident management, and continuous improvement across the application landscape
- Identify opportunities for digitalization, automation, analytics, and AI-driven improvements to manufacturing performanceResponsabilidades
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Experience in business analysis, requirements gathering, stakeholder management, and translating needs into functional requirements and user stories
- Experience supporting manufacturing systems, IT-enabled operations, or digital transformation initiatives
- Familiarity with Velotic MES, Azure DevOps, Proficy, SQL databases, or SAP is advantageous
- Strong communication, facilitation, collaboration, and project coordination skills
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
