In this role you will own the Identity u0026amp; Access Management architecture, building a scalable and automated identity ecosystem to support rapid growth. You’ll collaborate with the Systems team and stakeholding functions like Legal, Security, and Infrastructure to align governance and access policies. You’ll design automated provisioning workflows to handle high-volume onboarding and deprovisioning.

This position offers the chance to shape cloud identity foundations from scratch using AI-driven and agile practices in a fast-paced environment.

Compensaciones / Ventajas

- Design, configure, and maintain identity architecture (users, roles, positions) across the organization
- Develop and operate automated provisioning/deprovisioning workflows for large monthly onboarding waves
- Serve as the main liaison to align access governance with Legal, Security, and Infrastructure teams




- Leverage AI tools and modern integration methods to optimize workflows and reduce manual tasks
- Ensure optimal application access, SSO, and lifecycle management in collaboration with Support and Systems teams

Responsabilidades

- 3+ years in IT Systems, Cloud Infra, or IAM environments
- Deep IAM knowledge: governance, provisioning, lifecycle management, directory structures
- Basic scripting skills
- Experience in fast-paced scale-ups with high-volume onboarding
- Familiarity with automated xugodme SaaS management tools, agile methods, and AI-enabled operations (preferred)
- Excellent communication with diverse stakeholders (Legal, Security, Platform Engineers)
- Desire to build clean, scalable cloud solutions without legacy debt
