Experteer Overview In this role, you will lead the development and execution of the Linings and Pipe Coatings product strategy and lifecycle to drive sustainable growth. You’ll work closely with a general network of stakeholders to align market needs with portfolio plans and bring coating solutions to market. You’ll influence strategic decisions and push for innovations that meet industry requirements. - Lead launches and positioning initiatives for linings and pipe coatings, including promotional activities
- Develop aligned market, product, and use-area strategies plus roadmaps
- Define and maintain solution support packages (testing, approvals, applications)
- Translate customer needs into compelling value propositions
- Develop competitive, fit-for-purpose product offerings meeting market and industry requirements




- Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver innovative solutions aligned with business objectivesResponsabilidades
- Minimum 5 years in the chemical industry within an international organization
- Degree in Engineering, Polymer Science, Chemistry, or related discipline
- Proven experience leading product optimization, launches, and development projects
- Experience on global-scale projects (strong advantage)
- Ideally experience in coatings, especially tank linings and/or pipe coatings
- Strong understanding of customer needs in storage tank and pipeline industries
- Ability to work independently with accountability and influence senior stakeholders
