Fully Remote - This position is fully remote and can be performed from anywhere in Spain.
Handle incoming leads from marketing — no cold calling!
Consult clients by phone, email and online, guiding them through the entire customer journey
Prepare offers, negotiate terms and close deals
Understand customer needs and provide expert advice before and after the sale
Hit and exceed your goals — because effort always pays off here

€1,300–€1,500 net/month base salary + performance bonuses averaging €3,000–€8,000/month
No earning limits — top performers can reach €10,000–€15,000/month

Qualifications
Good English for internal communication
Proven B2C sales management experience
Strong skills in communication, negotiation and problem-solving
Experience using CRM systems to manage sales pipelines and performance metrics would be considered an advantage
Experience in high-value B2C sales conducted remotely, combined with strong communication, presentation and remote collaboration skills, would be considered an advantage
