Project focus Our client is looking for an Application Support and Incident Management specialist to join a hybrid team in Barcelona, handling application incidents and service requests and keeping systems running smoothly for end users.
Key skills and Experience required
Minimum 1 year’s experience in Application Support and Incident Management
Experience managing, troubleshooting and resolving application incidents and service requests
Familiarity with ITIL processes and incident management
Experience with ITSM tools such as ServiceNow
Strong problem-solving, communication and stakeholder management skills
