We are looking for an experienced

Vendor Coordinator

to join our team and help build and manage a strong integral network of localisation partners across the media and entertainment industry.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Procurement, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and onboarding new vendors, while developing strong relationships with our existing partners and supporting our Production teams.

We are looking for an experienced

Vendor Coordinator

to join our team and help build and manage a strong global network of localisation partners across the media and entertainment industry.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Procurement, you will be responsible for identifying, evaluating and onboarding new vendors, while developing strong relationships with our existing partners and supporting our Production teams.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the search, selection and recruitment of freelance and agency vendors globally

Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors

Coordinate vendor testing, evaluation and feedback

Collect and negotiate rates,



rate cards and project-specific quotes

Ensure vendor data and legal documentation are accurate and up to date

Monitor vendor performance and provide regular reporting

Support Production teams on specific projects as a media and entertainment localisation subject matter expert

Negotiate competitive terms with external vendors

Support the development and mentoring of new team members

Keep up to date with developments across media, entertainment, technology and localisation

About you

University degree in Translation, Audiovisual Translation or a related discipline

At least 3 years of relevant vendor management experience in a media and entertainment localisation environment

Strong knowledge of market rates and industry conditions across subtitling, dubbing, access services and AI localisation

Experience recruiting resources for AI localisation services, particularly AI dubbing, AI subtitling and lip manipulation

Background in subtitling, human dubbing, voice-over and AI dubbing

Excellent communication, organisational
