In this role you will verify and run durability and performance tests on automotive compressors, ensuring data reliability through calibrated test equipment. You will analyze data, using tools like Excel and Diadem, and present findings to stakeholders. You will collaborate with cross-site teams and support the integration of air conditioning systems into test setups. Your work will drive continuous improvements in test methods and equipment while upholding safety and confidentiality.

Responsabilidades

Perform mechanical and electrical compressor tests (durability, performance, field trials)
Ensure data reliability by calibrating and operating test equipment correctly
Analyze test data with tools (Excel, Diadem) and present results to requestors




Coordinate with international engineering sites and production facilities
Install and maintain air conditioning systems in test equipment, including welding, machining and modifying AC lines
Follow test requirements and reporting structure
Drive continual improvement of test equipment and laboratory processes
Ensure compliance with safety, confidentiality, and storage/housekeeping standards

Requisitos principales

HNC in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
English xqziphu required; German an asset; Spanish and French considered
Good electrical understanding and mechanical competence
Proficient with PCs, email, MS Office
Refrigerant handling training F-GAS to J-11 level preferred
Experience with air conditioning in vehicles is desirable
