Experteer Overview In this role you will drive end-to-end sourcing initiatives within the Seven Step Sourcing Process, collaborating with category managers and stakeholders to optimize costs and secure reliable supply. You will influence supplier strategy, negotiate high-impact contracts, and manage sourcing projects that support CCEP’s Pu0026amp; L, sustainability, and continuity goals. The position sits in the EU Sourcing Team and offers exposure to cross-category initiatives and strategic priorities. You will shape value through supplier collaboration and innovative sourcing approaches.Compensaciones / Incentivos
- Drive end-to-end sourcing initiatives following the 7SSP framework
- Lead requirement gathering, negotiation strategy, and execution with category managers and stakeholders
- Optimize supplier performance, conduct RFIs/RFPs, run negotiations, and manage contracts
- Deliver supply agreements aligned with strategy for optimal business outcomes
- Advance supply optimization and harmonization across categories
- Achieve cost savings and maintain timely, compliant reporting of results




- Develop and implement innovative, value-focused sourcing strategies and supplier innovations
- Ensure CRS criteria and sustainability considerations are embedded in sourcing initiatives
- Manage supply risk and continuity, escalating issues as needed
- Collaborate with legal and business stakeholders to ensure contract approvals and policy adherenceResponsabilidades
- 5+ years of procurement experience, preferably multi-category
- Experience negotiating complex, high-volume contracts
- Strong project and change management skills
- University degree or relevant professional qualification
- Experience in an international FMCG environment is an advantage
- Fluent English; additional CCEP languages (German, French, Spanish) are a plus
- Proven ability to influence at senior levels and manage competing demands
