As International Tax Lead, you will shape Glovo's global tax strategy across multiple jurisdictions and lead cross-border initiatives that empower international operations. You’ll influence VAT and cross-functional tax projects while guiding integral teams and external advisors. The role combines strategic advisory, process improvement, and stakeholder management to mitigate risks and unlock tax opportunities. You’ll work closely with Tax Compliance to align advisory, execution, and reporting, driving efficient, compliant operations. This is a high-visibility, impact-driven opportunity in a fast-paced, diverse environment.

Responsabilidades
- Manage global international tax matters and provide advisory to support strategic initiatives and cross-border operations
- Lead VAT projects and advisory in response to legislative changes or new business models
- Oversee global tax controversy and audit strategy with local finance teams
- Serve as strategic tax partner delivering actionable guidance to cross-functional teams




- Identify and mitigate global tax risks while maximizing structural and operational tax opportunities
- Collaborate with Tax Compliance to align advisory, execution, and reporting
- Optimize end-to-end tax processes through improvement initiatives and technology enablement
- Partner with global tax teams on ongoing activities and strategic projects
- Build and maintain stakeholder relationships, including managing external tax advisors
- Support in setting team objectives and monitoring progress toward goals

Requisitos principales
- 8+ years of international tax experience in multi-jurisdictional environments
- Big Four or top-tier law firm background required
- Corporate tax department experience is a strong plus
- Advanced problem-solving and results-driven mindset
- Strong ownership and accountability for deliverables
- Excellent multitasking and ability to meet tight deadlines
