Experteer Overview In this role you drive end-to-end strategic procurement programs and market/customer-driven solutions within Roche Integral Procurement. You will work across Commercial (marketing) and Corporate Services (HR, consulting, contingent labor) to translate customer needs into high-value solutions, using data and structured methods to accelerate value realization. You’ll engage cross-functional teams to deliver impact beyond standard metrics and foster a collaborative, innovative culture. - 5+ years in procurement with experience in commercial (marketing) and/or corporate services (external workforce, consulting)
- Proven track record in supplier innovation, cost transformations, or complex negotiations
- Structured program management experience across cross-functional initiatives
- Strong data literacy and ability to quantify impact and track performance
- Agile and versatile problem-solving across new category spaces
- Excellent communication and ability to influence senior stakeholders
- Enterprise-level thinking to connect Roche procurement with broader business
