The Testing and Commissioning Manager will work closely with project managers, engineers, and technicians to ensure that all electrical systems are tested and commissioned to meet project specifications and industry standards. The Testing and Commissioning Manager will also be responsible for managing the testing and commissioning team and ensuring that all work is completed safely and efficiently.Job Responsibilities 1Plans and manage the testing and commissioning of electrical systems for a variety of projects, including defining the testing scope, developing test plans, and coordinating testing activities with project stakeholders.Oversees a team of testing and commissioning technicians/engineers, and provide technical guidance and support as needed to ensure that all work is completed to a high standard.Develops and maintains testing and commissioning schedules and ensures that all testing activities are completed on time and within budget.Coordinates with project managers and engineers to ensure that all testing and commissioning activities are carried out in accordance with project specifications and industry standards.Reviews and analyze testing and commissioning results and identify any issues or areas for improvement.
