Experteer Overview
In this role you will lead design and deployment of SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking across multinational environments, delivering scalable time management solutions. You will collaborate with HR, Payroll, and IT teams to ensure alignment with global standards and live deployments at scale. You’ll run workshops, configure time types and calendars, and support testing, cutover and hypercare. This is a hands-on, client-facing role that drives digital transformation in HR technology. You will work in a collaborative EY GDS Spain team focused on delivering value through modern time management architectures.

Compensaciones / Beneficios
• Design, configure and deploy SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking per client requirements and integral standards
• Lead requirement workshops and translate processes into solution designs; configure time types, calendars, accruals, workflows and related rules
• Configure Time Tracking features including recording profiles, approvals, valuations and payroll integration touchpoints
• Execute testing cycles (unit, SIT),



support UAT, data reconciliation, cutover and production deployment
• Produce documentation such as designs, configuration workbooks, test scripts, deployment guides; provide knowledge transfer and hypercare
• Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Employee Central, Integration, Security and Data teams across international/multi-vendor environments

Responsabilidades
• Strong hands-on SAP SuccessFactors Time Off and Time Tracking in complex multi-country environments
• End-to-end SAP SuccessFactors Time Management implementations (design, configuration, testing, cutover, stabilization)
• Expertise in time types, accruals, work schedules, calendars, rules, workflows, time recording profiles, valuations and payroll integration
• Fluent English, written and spoken
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Human Resources or related field
