Experteer Overview
As a Business Analyst, you translate business needs into actionable requirements and support agile delivery for Gartner’s conference technology ecosystem. You’ll partner with Product Owners and cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, identify opportunities, and deliver tech-enabled solutions that enhance attendee and partner experiences. You’ll analyze data, define measurable outcomes, and help steer AI-enabled capabilities and automation across the program. This role sits at the intersection of business, technology, and events, offering impact at scale across Gartner conferences worldwide.

• Partner with Product Owners to define needs, prioritize opportunities, and craft high-quality user stories and acceptance criteria
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver initiatives, tech enhancements, and process improvements
• Conduct business analysis to identify problems, opportunities, risks, and recommended solutions
• Evaluate current and future-state processes, workflows, and system capabilities to boost operational efficiency
• Translate business and tech strategies into clear requirements, deliverables, and measurable outcomes

• Partner with technology teams throughout the solution lifecycle from requirements to testing and implementation




• Support conference operations by resolving business and tech challenges remotely and onsite at Gartner conferences worldwide
• Build strong stakeholder relationships to ensure alignment, adoption, and successful delivery of solutions

Responsabilidades
• 1-3 years of experience in business analysis, product delivery, project management, or related field
• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills with ability to solve complex business problems and provide data-driven recommendations
• Customer-focused mindset and ability to advocate for value-driven solutions
• Excellent verbal, written, and facilitation skills with ability to elicit feedback and document requirements for both business and technical audiences
• Self-motivated, accountable, results-oriented, with strong ownership and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills with ability to work across cross-functional teams
• Organized with strong time management and attention to detail; experience in Agile or iterative delivery a plus
• Understanding of business systems, data flows, and technology concepts to effectively partner with development teams
• Familiarity with Jira or similar platforms is a plus
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Willingness to travel up to 10 times per year to support Gartner conferences
