We are hiring a Master Data Migration Lead to join a integral Manufacturing client of ours. This role will lead a critical master data migration workstream within a large-scale ERP transformation programme. You will work closely with business stakeholders, data owners, functional teams, and technical resources to accelerate migration activities and ensure a successful go-live across multiple countries.RequirementsBusiness English is mandatory.Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese is highly preferred.Proven experience leading end-to-end ERP master data migration projects.Experience delivering at least two similar large-scale ERP transformation programmes.Strong knowledge of Customer, Supplier, Product, Finance, Asset, and Organisational master data.Experience with data governance, stewardship, cleansing, validation, and reconciliation activities.Strong understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Sales & Distribution, and Warehouse Management.Experience with ERP platforms such as Infor M3, SAP S/4HANA, Microsoft Dynamics 365, or similar.Working knowledge of SQL, data analysis tools, and ETL/migration solutions.Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation,



and problem-solving skills.ResponsibilitiesDefine and execute the master data migration strategy and roadmap.Lead end-to-end migration activities including data assessment, cleansing, mapping, transformation, validation, and reconciliation.Partner with business data owners and stakeholders to establish data ownership, governance, and quality standards.Drive remediation and data cleansing activities to improve data quality before migration.Manage source-to-target mapping and ensure alignment with ERP design and business requirements.Coordinate migration cycles, mock loads, testing activities, defect resolution, and production deployments.Identify migration risks, dependencies, and issues, and drive timely resolution.Support cutover planning, go-live execution, and post-go-live stabilisation activities.Ensure data quality, accuracy, and completeness throughout the migration lifecycle.DetailsStart Date: 28th of September 2026Duration: 6+ monthsLocation: Remote (Spain or Portugal preferred)Contract Type: Freelance/Independent Contractor - 40 hours week#J-18808-Ljbffr
