About North Star Network North Star Network (NSN) is a
global sports and betting media group that builds and operates
leading digital brands connecting sports fans and bettors across
30+ countries. Our mission is to turn passion for sports and gaming
into trusted information, data-driven insights, and responsible
entertainment. We're a multicultural and fully remote company
uniting 50+ in-house and 200+ external experts from more than 20
nationalities across Europe, Africa, and the Americas. About the
Role We're looking for a Content Manager (SEO) to drive organic
growth across our LATAM portfolio. This is a growth role. You own
the content that drives traffic and revenue across your markets:
which pages get built, which keywords they target, how they're
structured, how they're updated, and how they convert. Every
article you sign off on should have a clear purpose: to rank and to
generate revenue. You'll work across multiple LATAM geos (Panamá,
Ecuador, Colombia, Venezuela, etc.) and sites, deciding where the
opportunity is and turning that into a content plan that moves
rankings and revenue. Production support is part of the job, but
the outcome we measure you on is performance. What You'll Own
Organic traffic and keyword visibility for your markets
Content-driven conversions and revenue contribution Coverage of
commercial and informational keyword clusters across each geo
Quality and accuracy of everything published under your markets Key
Responsibilities 1. SEO Content Strategy and Keyword Research Own
the content roadmap for your markets: identify gaps, prioritise
clusters, and decide what gets written and when, based on search
demand and commercial value. Run keyword research end to end:
volume, difficulty, SERP intent, competitor coverage,
cannibalisation risk, and internal linking opportunities. Map
keywords to page types and build the silo structure that supports
them, distinguishing money pages from supporting content. Analyse
SERPs before briefing: what Google is actually rewarding for the
query, which formats win, which entities and subtopics need to be
covered.
Turn research into briefs that a writer can execute
without guesswork: target keyword and variants, search intent,
mandatory sections, competitive angle, word budget, internal links,
and E-E-A-T requirements. 2. Content Optimisation and Performance
Growth Monitor performance in Google Search Console, rank trackers,
and analytics, and act on it: identify pages losing ground, pages
stuck on page two, and queries with impressions but no clicks.
Build and execute a content update programme: refresh, expand,
consolidate, or prune existing pages to recover and grow positions.
Optimise titles, headings, on-page copy, and internal linking to
improve CTR and conversion, not just rankings. Report on what's
working and what isn't, with a clear read on cause and next action.
3. Editorial Quality and Brand Standards Perform the final
editorial check on every piece: factual accuracy, brief adherence,
SEO execution, readability, and brand voice. Verify operator,
bonus, and regulatory details against primary sources. No
fabricated data, no unverified claims. Enforce E-E-A-T and
responsible gambling standards, and keep content aligned with the
licensing and advertising rules of each LATAM market. Keep prose
natural and human. Content that reads as AI-generated doesn't ship.
4. Production Coordination Brief, assign, and manage writers,
ensuring the content roadmap is delivered on schedule. Keep the
Asana board accurate: statuses, deadlines, briefs, assignments. 5.
Cross-Functional Coordination Work with the Content Writer to hand
off approved content cleanly and publish on time. Align with
technical SEO team, product, and commercial stakeholders on
priorities and market strategy. Basic technical SEO knowledge to
identify and flag major issues,
such as indexation and
canonicalization problems. Escalate blockers and scheduling risks
early, and contribute workflow improvements. What we're looking for
Essential Proven track record growing organic traffic through
content, with results you can talk through. Strong content SEO
skills: keyword research, search intent analysis, SERP analysis,
content structure, internal linking, content updates and
consolidation. Comfortable working from data. Google Search Console
is a daily tool, not a monthly export. Experience using SEO tools
such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar platforms, as well as
AccuRanker Solid editorial judgement and a high bar for factual
accuracy. Expert-level WordPress knowledge, with the ability to
upload and format content, implement on-site changes, and ensure
pages are correctly published and optimized. Native Spanish (LATAM)
plus strong professional English. Ability to run several markets in
parallel without losing track of detail. Experience with project
management tools (Asana or similar) Working knowledge of technical
SEO: enough to recognise and correctly flag an issue, and to brief
the people who fix it. Nice to Have Experience in iGaming, sports
betting, or affiliate content. Familiarity with LATAM search
markets and their regulatory differences. Experience briefing and
reviewing freelance contributors. What We Offer Work on a
high-profile international project in partnership with a major
sports media brand. Fully remote work environment with flexible
collaboration across time zones. A fast-paced, multicultural team
passionate about sports and digital media. Real ownership: your
decisions show up directly in traffic and revenue. Career growth
opportunities within a scaling general company. Competitive salary
based on experience and seniority. Ready to Join Us? If you want a
role where content strategy is judged on results rather than output
volume, and you know how to turn keyword research into rankings and
revenue, we want to hear from you. Apply now and help us grow
across LATAM.
