In this role, you will lead Hitachi Energy’s regional quality strategy across Europe, aligning with BU priorities to strengthen quality as a competitive advantage. You’ll manage cross-location quality teams and partner with factory and business leaders to improve performance, customer satisfaction, and governance. You will drive accountability, proactive problem solving, and continuous improvement using data-driven insights.

This is a high-visibility, impact-focused opportunity to shape quality across multiple product lines in a complex industrial setting. You’ll work closely with senior leaders to deliver measurable business outcomes.

- Support resolution of critical quality and customer issues with sustainable corrective actions
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders balancing strategy and execution

Responsabilidades

- Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality Management, Operations, or related discipline
- Significant leadership experience in a complex manufacturing, engineering, or heavy equipment xugodme environment
- Proven track record leading teams and driving performance through quality and manufacturing excellence
- Strong understanding of quality methodologies and continuous improvement tools, including Lean and Six Sigma
- Experience influencing factory leadership and working in matrix organizations
- Strong business judgment to convert strategy into practical plans
- Proven change leadership and ability to improve organizational performance
- Excellent stakeholder management skills across levels of leadership
- Proactive, hands-on leadership style with strong execution focus
