Location Barcelona (1-2 days/week in office, remote the rest)

Key Responsibilities

Proven experience as a Senior Product Designer, leading design initiatives from discovery to delivery

Strong proficiency with Figma for wireframes,



prototypes and high-fidelity designs

Solid background designing end-to-end digital experiences for web and mobile products

Strong understanding of UX methodologies, interaction design, information architecture and visual design

Experience collaborating with Product, UX Research, Engineering and Brand teams

Familiarity with design systems and component-based design approaches

Understanding of accessibility principles and inclusive design

Fluent Business English (B2-C1)

Nice to have

Experience contributing to the evolution of a company's xsgfvud design system and documentation

Data-informed design practices and experience with research/testing validation

Experience optimizing design processes, file management and version control

Information Security Policies

Will have access to confidential information related to Capitole and the project they are working on.

Must comply with the security policies and internal policies of the company and the client.

Must sign an NDA.
