Enginy AI is seeking an Expansion Specialist to join the Customer Success team in Barcelona. You will own subsidiary expansion end-to-end, coordinating with Account Managers and performing proactive outbound outreach to grow across multi-country, multi-business-unit customers. You will also manage churn reactivation, mapping churn reasons, building tailored plans, and executing a full cycle from discovery to close, while leveraging CS Ops insights to forecast impact.
