In this Senior Analyst role within BCG Vantage, you collaborate with a global team to deliver value to clients through functional expertise and reusable IP assets. You contribute analysis to cases, proposals, and client workshops, and may travel to service clients on-site. You help develop intellectual property and onboard junior colleagues, while supporting business development and market materials. You work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to shape solutions and drive client impact.

- Develop intellectual property and assets (data/tools/workshops) for the business

- Communicate effectively with case teams and clients, and collaborate in agile, cross-functional settings

Responsabilidades

- 1–2+ years xugodme of consulting in organization design or 2+ years in industry if no consulting experience
- Bachelor's Degree required (advanced degree preferred)
- Fluency in English; other languages may be required by location
- Strong business acumen and problem-solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- AI experience preferred
