In this role you enable AI/ML solutions to move from development to production within Biologics Discovery, partnering with scientists and data teams to operationalize models and AI capabilities. You will shape reliable, scalable ML workflows and governance across development and production environments. This is a hands-on opportunity to dramatically accelerate scientific learning and therapeutic discovery by turning prototypes into production-ready solutions.

- Build and operate scalable pipelines delivering model-ready data to ML, generative AI, and agentic workflows
- Enable closed-loop scientific learning by capturing and using new data downstream
- Establish reliable deployment, serving, monitoring, access management, and lifecycle capabilities for AI/ML solutions
- Implement versioning, reproducible releases, rollback, and traceability across the lifecycle
- Set up monitoring, observability, alerting, and performance management for ML workflows and models

Responsabilidades

- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field
- 4+ years of production AI/ML experience
- Strong Python proficiency for training, fine-tuning, evaluation, deployment, and serving
- Experience with cloud infrastructure and modern data platforms xugodme for AI/ML
- Experience with model registries, experiment tracking, and ML lifecycle tools (e.g., MLflow, Weights u0026 Biases)
- Proven production AI/ML practices: versioning, CI/CD, automated testing, observability, containers, orchestration, scalable compute
- Strong software development and automation skills with cross-functional collaboration
