As Technical Capability & Workforce Development Lead, you will shape Schneider Electric's external learning ecosystem for electricians, contractors and partners. You will translate technical expertise into scalable learning pathways, certifications and communities, aligning with global business units and external partners. You’ll drive role-based programs, governance and workforce development initiatives to support electrification, automation and sustainability.

This is a strategic, cross-functional role at scale, with a clear impact on the energy transition. You will lead with vision, collaboration and practical execution to make Energy Tech Academy a flagship capability platform.

Responsabilidades

Define and evolve the long-term capability roadmap in partnership with Business Units and technical academies.

Lead role-based learning programs for Electrician and Contractor personas, including competency frameworks and progressive learning journeys.

Develop integral, scalable learning architectures with certifications, digital credentials and professional recognition.

Define global capability frameworks for electricians and contractors and coordinate with persona leaders and Divisions.

Interface Energy Tech Academy with Schneider Electric Business Units to ensure cohesive learner experiences and governance.





Create and drive technical communities and engagement models, including mentoring and knowledge sharing.

Identify opportunities to apply AI, immersive technologies and other digital learning innovations, piloting at scale. xugodme

Build strategic external partnerships with industry bodies, institutes and certification entities to increase reach and impact.

Requisitos principales

Master's degree in electrical engineering, energy systems, automation, industrial engineering, digital technologies, education technology or related discipline

7-15 years of experience in technical learning, capability development or related fields

Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives in a global matrix organization

Ability to influence senior stakeholders and technical leaders without direct authority

Experience designing competency frameworks, role-based learning journeys, certification programs or workforce-development initiatives

Experience working with electricians, contractors or similar technical customer audiences (strongly preferred)

Fluent English; additional languages advantageous

Strategic leadership and executive stakeholder influence

Cross-functional collaboration and relationship building

Learner-centered design and communication

Competency frameworks and role-based learning journeys

Certification programs and digital credential design

Learning pathway architecture and governance
