As a Senior Project Manager within the Data u0026amp; Analytics Platforms Team, you own end-to-end delivery of large-scale data, analytics, and AI platform projects. You translate business needs into actionable technical deliverables and govern multi-team delivery across a integral footprint. You will collaborate with engineers, platform architects, and product owners to align with a three-year roadmap, driving governance, risk, and stakeholder alignment.

This role combines business, technology, and data to turn insights into decisions at scale.

- Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale data/analytics/AI platform projects from initiation to closure
- Translate complex business requirements into clear technical deliverables for engineering teams
- Collaborate with new technologies to improve platform usability, performance, and scalability
- Participate in design and lifecycle phases from design through maintenance, acting as a bridge between workstreams
- Evaluate new/adopted technologies, tools, and project methodologies
- Define and maintain project governance: risk management, dependency tracking, status reporting, escalation




- Facilitate agile ceremonies and cross-team coordination across distributed teams
- Coach and mentor junior project managers and support professional development
- Align with Senior/Principal Engineers and Platform Architects on the DAP roadmap
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners
- Drive continuous improvement in delivery practices, tooling, and team ways of working

Responsabilidades

- BS/MS in relevant technical discipline
- 5+ years of professional experience in technical project management delivering complex cross-functional technology projects
- 1+ year contributing to system design/architecture discussions in data/analytics/platform contexts
- Solid understanding of software development xugodme lifecycles and engineering collaboration
- Experience with at least one programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, SQL, Bash)
- Experience with end-to-end Data Product Management including governance, quality, and lifecycle management
- Strong command of agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum, Kanban)
- Familiarity with AWS or Azure
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management in English
