As Accounting Lead at Otis Vigo, you will oversee the accounting operations to ensure accurate, compliant financial records and robust internal controls. You will partner with stakeholders to support sound financial management and performance. You will guide month-end close, audits, and process improvements in a global, people-centric environment. You drive accuracy, compliance, and continuous improvement in a high-growth, execution-focused company.

Compensaciones / Incentivos
• Manage and coordinate daily accounting activities
• Oversee monthly closing processes
• Ensure accurate recording of transactions and provisions
• Review and approve balance sheet reconciliations
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and standards (IFRS, US GAAP, or local regulations)




• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Lead, develop, and evaluate the accounting team
• Implement improvements in processes, internal controls, and automation

Responsabilidades
• Bachelor in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
• 3–5 years of accounting experience including prior leadership experience
• Strong knowledge of accounting and tax regulations
• Experience with ERP systems (JDEdwards)
• Advanced proficiency in Excel
• Advanced level of English
