We're Hiring: Software Engineer (Hybrid - Barcelona)

We are expanding our core engineering team. We are looking for an experienced Backend Engineer who thrives on solving complex technical challenges across distributed systems, data pipelines, and applied AI infrastructure.

What You'll Do:

- Design and build scalable backend services using Python.
- Architect data storage and retrieval systems with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Develop batch or streaming pipelines and work with AWS and Kubernetes.
- Experiment with modern AI engineering tooling, such as coding agents and MCP ecosystems.

What We're Looking For:

- 4+ years of backend engineering experience with deep expertise in Python and APIs.
- Experience designing and owning data systems end-to-end, rather than primarily maintaining or operating systems built by others.
- Hands-on experience with cloud infrastructure, containerization, and data architectures.
- Strong technical decision-making skills and a builder mindset.
- Fluency in English or Spanish.
