In this role you drive project delivery of DGM control systems for utility customers across Europe, ensuring reliable performance and high customer satisfaction. You work with cross-functional teams to design, implement, test, and commission hardware and software, while providing advanced technical support and training. You will lead customer engagements, tailor system configurations, and mentor engineers and partners to align with project goals.

This position offers hands-on impact in real-time control applications, with a focus on scalable solutions and customer-centric service.

Compensaciones / Incentivos

- Lead customer project meetings to define requirements and manage design, planning, integration, testing and commissioning
- Customize system, hardware and network configuration to client needs; perform installation and testing
- Provide technical sales support for power systems applications, including demonstrations and training material creation
- Mentor engineers, develop training for Project Engineering group, and align external partners
- Plan and maintain tools, processes,



and procedures for successful conversions; handle escalation and troubleshooting
- Travel to customer sites as needed; support hiring to maintain team capacity
- Support engineering manager in staffing and project delivery across conversion initiatives

Responsabilidades

- Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or related field
- Min 5 years of relevant experience
- Programming experience in C, C#, Python (preferred)
- Experience with CSV, XML, JSON formats
- Familiarity with Linux xugodme and Windows
- Familiarity with SQL (Oracle, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB, Cassandra) databases
- Experience with REST-based web services
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent written and oral communication; customer-facing
- Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment and travel as needed
- Experience with electric power generation, transmission, and distribution
- Expertise in areas like control systems, automation, APIs, web services, networking, and databases
