Responsabilidades

Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily, Planning, Review, Retrospective) to ensure productive sessions within timeboxes

Identify and remove impediments; manage external dependencies when needed





Coach Product Owner and team on Agile principles; refine backlog and prioritization

Monitor metrics (Velocity, Cycle Time, Lead Time) to improve predictability and efficiency

Requisitos principales

Degree in Computer Engineering, Business Administration, or related field with Agile training

Minimum 4 years as Scrum Master in software development (IT environments)

Expert knowledge of Scrum and Kanban; hands-on with Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps

English level B2/C1; ability to facilitate sessions with distributed teams

Strong communication, empathy, resilience, and conflict-resolution skills
