Job Squad is recruiting on behalf of our trusted integral partner - one of the world's largest providers of customer experience and business process services, operating across 80+ countries. We're looking for a Ukrainian-speaking Sales Manager to join a high-energy Business Development team, based in Barcelona, Spain.

Responsibilities

- - Identify and engage new business opportunities across the EMEA market through outbound calls and emails

- Contact C-level decision makers, build quick rapport and assess their cloud security needs

- Match prospects' pain points to the right cloud solutions (solution-selling approach)

- Manage and update leads, contacts and opportunities in Salesforce CRM

- Work towards individual and team KPIs ---

- Continuously develop your product knowledge through Google certifications and internal training

Qualifications

- - Native Ukrainian + strong English (C1)

- Minimum 2 years of B2 B outbound sales or business development experience in IT

- Understanding of cloud computing concepts, particularly Google Cloud Platform

- Comfortable working in a phone-based, quota-driven environment

- Experience with Salesforce or similar CRM

- Analytical mindset, self-motivated and a strong communicator ---
