We are currently screening and shortlisting Executive Sous Chefs to present directly to the Recruitment Directors of one of our clients, a leading ultra-luxury, mid-size cruise line known for its high culinary standards, authentic European cuisine and fine-dining offering.

Reporting directly to the Executive Chef, the Executive Sous Chef acts as second-in-command of the entire culinary operation onboard .

You will oversee daily operations, production,



multiple outlets, quality standards, staffing, scheduling, training, sanitation and a large multicultural culinary team.

Senior culinary leadership experience onboard
Strong fine-dining / luxury hospitality background
Professional English

STCW | C1/D Visa | Seaman’s Book | Required Medicals
