Minimum requirements

Currently studying or recently graduated in a related field is a plus, but not required.
Well organised, reliable, and eager to learn how to follow up on tasks
Friendly, helpful, and service-minded.
Comfortable communicating with different people in the studio.
Willing to work with checklists, trackers, and basic processes.
Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office / Google Workspace tools.
Fluent English and Spanish

Duties

Welcome visitors and support reception tasks.
Handle incoming deliveries, mail, and packages with guidance of the team.
Prepare meeting rooms and keep shared areas tidy and ready to use.
Help monitor office supplies, snacks, and stock levels, and help place orders when needed.
Support basic purchases and order follow-ups, with guidance from senior team members.




Work with the team to coordinate maintenance requests and vendor follow-ups.
Take part in organising internal events and team activities as part of a collaborative team effort
Support basic health & safety compliance tasks.
Respond to employees with office-related questions and requests.
Provide general administrative support to the Studio Operations team, gaining personal experience in office operations.

About this company

In 1996, in a small office in Ghent, Belgium, Larian Studios was born. Since then, our passion to create a world class video games has driven the Divinity series - six games that straddle multiple genres and defy expectations.
