Avida Estate is a growing luxury boutique real estate agency based in Marbella, built around a more personal and considered approach to property. We are entering an exciting stage of growth and are looking for ambitious Junior Real Estate Brokers to join our team and develop a successful career in Marbella's luxury property market.

This is a full-time, office-based, commission-based position for someone who is motivated, personable and eager to learn. Previous real estate experience is an advantage but is not essential. What matters most is your attitude, professionalism, work ethic and genuine interest in property and people.

You will receive guidance and support from our experienced team while gaining hands-on experience across the full sales process. You will also benefit from company-generated leads, our growing brand and marketing activity, alongside the opportunity to build your own network and develop new business.

Key responsibilities will include:

- Responding professionally and promptly to new client enquiries
- Supporting and gradually managing the sales process from initial enquiry through to completion
- Building strong relationships with buyers, sellers and property owners
- Learning how to develop your own network of clients and property opportunities
- Supporting new business generation through networking, referrals and prospecting
- Arranging and conducting property viewings to a high standard
- Learning how to negotiate offers and manage transactions professionally
- Developing a strong understanding of the Marbella and Costa del Sol property market
- Representing the Avida Estate brand with professionalism, discretion and confidence
- Collaborating with the wider team to maximise opportunities and cross-sales
- Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client and property information




- Providing an exceptional level of service throughout the client journey

The idóneo candidate will have:

- A proactive attitude and the motivation to generate new opportunities
- The ability to work independently while also being a strong team player
- A valid driving licence and access to a vehicle
- Excellent English; additional languages are a strong advantage, particularly within the international Marbella market
- A genuine passion for property, people and delivering exceptional service

Previous experience in real estate, sales, hospitality, customer service or another client-facing role would be beneficial but it is not required. Training, guidance and ongoing support will be provided to help you develop your market knowledge, sales skills and confidence.

Our clients are international, our market moves quickly, and viewings and opportunities can often take place outside traditional working hours. You should therefore be comfortable with a flexible schedule and willing to work evenings, weekends and public holidays when required.
